RINGWOOD’S REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES FOR COUNCIL

Your 2025 Republican candidates for Ringwood Borough Council are Sean Noonan, Paul Rubacky, and Frank Auteri. These dedicated individuals are committed to serving our community and upholding the values that make Ringwood a great place to live.

SEAN NOONAN

Sean is a 32-year Ringwood resident living in the Cupsaw section. He has 2 adult children; daughter Hadley currently serves in the United States Coast Guard. He is the Owner and Operator of Advanced Crane Services and is a member of Operating Engineers Local 825. Sean was elected to serve on Council in 2021 and he served eight years previously having been elected in 2011 and 2015. Sean recently served three years as Mayor; he serves on the Planning Board and on the “Mount Laurel Subcommittee” protecting Ringwood from overdevelopment and high-density housing. Sean is a member of the Ringwood St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and the Sons of the American Legion, West Milford Squadron.

PAUL RUBACKY

Paul and his wife Gwen have been residents of Ringwood for over 30 years. They have two adult daughters who were educated in Ringwood public schools. Paul has had a career in finance, serving as CFO for various companies including Alternative Capital Investments and the Catholic Diocese of Paterson. He has also been involved in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees of the College of Mount Saint Vincent and participating in local organizations such as the Skyline Lakes Fire Department and Habitat for Humanity. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Paul and his daughter Emma helped deliver food and supplies to families in need. Paul was first elected to Council in 2023 for an unexpired term. He serves on the Budget Committee and the Open Space, Conservation, Recreation, Farmland & Historical Preservation Advisory Committee. He previously served on the Ringwood Board of Education. Paul is a member of St. Catherine’s of Bologna parish and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

FRANK AUTERI

Frank resides in his family home in Stonetown with his wife Jacqueline, and daughter Rosalia, where they manage a small farm. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, Frank is a versatile proactive commercial attorney leading a global team for Visa, Inc. As Senior Managing Counsel, Frank works closely with senior executives managing relationships and resolving issues in 240 countries around the world. Previously with Fraedom LLC, a global fintech start-up, and Patent Properties, Inc. in Stamford, Ct., Frank's continued growth in his career is a reflection of his determination, leadership and work ethic. Frank is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2009, and of Drew University where he led the Drew Men's soccer team to the National Finals of the NCAA tournament while receiving a B.A. in Economics, Business Management & Political Science in 2005. Frank is currently serving the town on the Ringwood Board of Adjustment and is a member of St. Catherine of Bologna parish. Frank's innovative entrepreneurial experiences along with his collaborative mentality and proven leadership will make him an asset for Ringwood's taxpayers.
