    Republican Freeholder Candidate William “Bill”  Marsala is a resident of Ringwood.  He is married to his wife Roxanne and they have one son, William.  They attend St. Catherine’s Church.  Bill Marsala obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from St. John’s University as well as his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Bill Marsala is Of Counsel to a national law firm based in New York, New York concentrating his practice in complex civil and commercial litigation and real estate.  Bill was elected to the Ringwood Council in 2001 and served on the Ringwood Council for 16 years. He has served as Deputy Mayor of Ringwood in 2003 and 2006; he has served on the finance, open space, quarry and recreation committees.  Bill was a Ringwood coach for youth ice hockey and little league baseball.  He has also served as volunteer assistant varsity coach and head junior varsity coach for Lakeland Regional High School hockey program.  Bill is a member of the Ringwood Regular Republican Club.

    Republican Freeholder candidate Matthew Conlon is a resident of West Milford.  Mr. Conlon was the youngest elected official in the State of New Jersey at the time he was elected to the Board of Education at 19 years of age in May 2011 and served nearly four years as a Trustee.  He currently represents West Milford as a Commissioner of the Wanaque Valley Regional Sewerage Authority and as a Republican County Committee member from the municipality's 8th District.  He serves as the State Chairman of the New Jersey Young Republican Federation, Inc. and Secretary to the Passaic County Regular Republican Organization.  He previously served as Republican Municipal Chairman in the Township of West Milford from 2015-8.  He formerly served as Chairman of the Township's Recreation and Insurance Advisory Committees, and past member of the West Milford Township Planning and Zoning Boards.  Matt is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Administrative Leadership and is a licensed real estate agent by trade since 2012.
